Cooldowns

Every slash command has a cooldown, which is the time you must wait before using that command again. These cooldowns are enforced at the server level. This means that if one member in the server uses that command, then everyone in the server must wait the specified time before being allowed to use that command again. Cooldowns exist because most of our commands require many requests to the Discord API, and we want to not get rate-limited by them. By doing so, we can ensure that our bot remains available for all to enjoy.
